Disneyland Paris - Behind the Magic

2010 is going to be all about looking after your customers and attracting new ones - who better than Disney to give you a detailed insight into world class customer service techniques?

Balmlane Events has joined forces with London Launch to pioneer a European first at Disneyland Paris on the 4th and 5th March 2010 in a ‘Behind the Magic’ field trip.

Our keynote session is with the world famous ‘Disney Institute’ who is travelling over from Florida, USA, to deliver an exclusive insight into Disney’s World Class Customer Service and operational techniques.

This year we have really gone to town on the whole extravaganza including a Champagne breakfast at the St. Pancras Grand, our own carriage in partnership with Eurostar as well as a truly ‘money can’t buy’ experience at Disneyland itself – from the meals and accommodation, right through to our exclusive evening in Frontierland (which is going to be an amazing team-building and fun fuelled exercise!).
